Item Description: The back frame of chairs shall be made up of injection moulded in glass filled nylon, the back of the chair shall have adjustable contoured lumber support with pad whose height is adjustable through two projecting knobs provided in the rear side of the pad for achieving comfortable seating posture, the chair back shall be provided with best quality net fabric with high tenacity yarn whereas seat shall be provided with 12 mm ( 7 layers)hot pressed plywood with HR moulded polyurethane high density foam & hardness 16+/-2 as per IS7888 for 25% compression upholstered with fabric.The armrest have an up/down adjustment of 8.0(+/-)0.5 cm which is provided in armrest structure. The armrest top has an intergareted layer of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The armrest is made up of plastic injection moulded nylon with textured top.It consist of polypropelyne pad with moulded Polyurethene pad with moulded polyurethene foam covered with polyster fabric. The Seat size shall be minimum 450 mm x 460 mm. The gas based uplift arrangement shall be provided in chairs. The chair has Synchronus mechanism with multipostion locking and seat height adjustment stoke of minimum 80-100 mm. The base shall be made up of glass filled nylon fitted 5 nos.twin wheel castors. The base should be minimum 500 mm circle diameter. The rate shall be complete inculding all labour, materials and fixing asseccories as per direction of the Engineer- In-chagre. The chair shall be manufactured by BIFMA registered firm and the firm should also have valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Green Guard /IGBC Certification.
