ASSISTANCE HAVE TO BE PROVIDED FOR ORGANISING VARIOUS TRAININGS, HEALTH CHECK UPS, MEETINGS RELATED TO SAFETY, MOCK DRILLS, ETC AS ADVISED BY OFFICER IN CHARGE. CLEANING OF THE STATIC WATER TANKS HAS TO BE DONE FROM MOSS, ALGAE ETC ON REGULAR BASIS. _ MOSS CLEANING SHOULD BE DONE MINIMUM TWICE A YEAR_. FULL TOP UP OF WATER IS TO BE MAINTAINED CONTINUOUSLY WITH CO_ORDINATION WITH ELECTRICIANS, ETC. THE PAINTING OF THE PIPE LINES, ETC HAS TO BE DONE BASED ON THE REQUIREMENT AND AS ADVISED BY OFFICER IN CHARGE. REGULAR_ MINIMUM ONCE IN A MONTH OR AS ADVISED BY OFFICER_ GREASING OF ALL THE VALVES OF THE HYDRANT LINE HAS TO BE DONE. ANY LEAKS ALONG THE HYDRANT LINE HAVE TO BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY. NECESSARY SPARES TOOLS AND TACKLES WILL BE SUPPLIED BY HPCL.
