BOQ Item Description: Stool revolving Adjustable. All as shown on drawing .Over all size shall be 455mm dia 600mm high four legs of 25mm dia mild steel sheet pipe legs made to shape of thickness 1.6mm irrespective of what is shown on drawing.12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm from bottom joining four legs as shown drawing.Two cast iron discs shall be provided at top of legs as shwon on drawing and fixed to legs with 6mm dia bolt.25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long fixed with 6mm thick steel plate 100mm dia and top of 25mm dia threaded bolt shall be provided as shwon on drawing the padded sealt shall be fixed on 6mm thick.100 mm dia steel plate .Padded seat shall be 38mm dia.The bottom of padded shall be 30mm soft wood over which a layer of coir shall be provided to give shape as shown on drawing.Hessian cloth shall be provided to cover the layer of coir and under the soft wood padded seat.A layer of cotton shall be provided and covered with Rexene cover around the top and bottom to form the padded seat.All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel pain over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces.Hard/Rubber PVC Toes shall be provided to the bottom of legs.
