Item Description: Overhaul Complete system of steering gear. Overhauling includes Steering gear control system 1 & 2, Alarm unit, Feedback unit with potentiometer, 24 V DC alarm control panel, (Power failure, Single Phase, Low hydraulic oil level, Overload, Hydraulic lock in MCR & Bridge console) operator indication panel (Motor Start/Stop running indication, Mode selection indication), remote Rudder indicator panel, (45-0-45), Panorama Rudder indicator (Red-0-Green), Rudder indicator Amplifier and Auto pilot Amplifier control Panel. All calibration limit to be handed over to Ship. (Maintenance schedule no. LP-17). Firm to undertake job in assossition with PAC firm Spares - CG supply All in way jobs included. Calibration certificate to be provided by firm in association with PAC firm.
