Item Description: (a) Overhaul Steam Generator plus blower motor, 415V, 7.5 KW, 3 phase and chemical pump .Overhauling includes Overhauling includes record of Insulation prior dismantling of motor and withdrawal of rotor, Renewal of DE/NDE ball bearing on opening, spray painting of heat resistive paint on External/Internal part of Yoke, apply of varnish and baking up for 10 hour. Renewal of all consumable, Recording of insulation, starting/running current and proving of motor for satisfactory operation on completion of overhauling. (b) Overhaul complete overhauling of Steam generator control panel. Overhauling includes contactor (K99) & Q1, and Aux. contactor , control transformer, 415V/220V/24 V, Ignition transformer, 230V/6000 V. and 3-way valve, heating Coil, pressure switch and combustion controller and solenoid for filling, bypass and damper. Calibrate overload relay (set-95-97 Amp). Following alarm /stop to be checked for satisfactory operation:- (i) Generator overload (ii) Excessive steam pressure (iii) Wrong oil level in crankcase (iv) Water failure (v) High steam temperature (vi) Insufficient fuel pressure (vii)Insufficient combustion air pressure at blower Insufficent combustion air at high fire flame failure. (viii) Carry out functional check of complete system on completion of overhauling and to be proved for satisfactory operation. CG supply. Material - firm supply
