It should be able to take measurements at temperature range -10 degree Celsius to 65 degree Celsius & it should not be affected for the environment. It shall be made from stainless steel conforming to IS Code : 6911-1992 stainless steel plate, sheet, and strip. It should be easy to handle, portable & lightweight.
