BOQ Item Description: stainless steel single bunk of size 2000mmx 900 mm x 400mm and 900mm at head side and leg side as shown in drawing and stainless steel will be of grade 304 a Head and Leg Side Structure Head side and leg side structure shall be of semi circular shape made of two vertical legs stainless steel square tube of size 38 point 1x38 point 1x1point 2mm These verticals are connected with four horizontal connectors stainless steel hollow square section of size 25x25x1 point 2mm Two vertical stainless steel hollow square section of size 25x25x1 point 2mm shall be connected between the horizontal members of both head and leg side and 12mm pre laminated board with teak finish ply is fixed in between two 25mm SS square hollow verticals with the help of 2 Nos 40mm x 6mm stainless steel flat will be provided as shown in drawing At base of legs PVC caps for stability during erection Head side verticals will be provided with 12mm thick pre laminated board as shown in drawing All the welding work shall be organ welding for better finish and durability Four PVC caps for bottom of legs shall be provided with each bunkb Centre Structure Two horizontal members for connecting head and leg side structures shall be made of 2000mm long stainless steel RHS of size 50x25x1 point 5mm with SS flat welded on both sides of size 38x125 and 4mm thick and drilling done for two Nos at every joint with 10mm bore for fixing it with vertical legs with the help of stainless steel flat head type nut and bolts along with two number of washers A total of 5 Nos 890mm long SS cross members of size 50x25x2 point 9mm shall be welded with horizontal long members in equal distance for each single bunk 12 mm thick commercial ply board conforming toof size2000mmx900mm suitable for bed and necessary full thread screws of 25mm length to fix with bed shall be provided with each bed as shown in drawing The exposed edges of plywood will be given a coat of bituminous paint
