Supply of Tool Kit for Digital Axle Counter as given below: Tools supplied should be compatible with supplied MSDAC system for installation, day to day maintenance and adjustment of indoor and outdoor gears. a) Service test panel including meter for test of track equipment, tools for mounting and adjustment of track equipment and standard jig for drilling of holes in rail (as per manufactures specification, list to be given by manufacturer).Axle Counter Tool Kit. Each set consists of minimum following items:-i) RMS mustimeter with probe (Fluke-289) or equivalent. - 1Noii).Adjustable torque wrench -1 Set . Size and dimensions should be compatible for the maintenance of supplied msdac system. iii).Screw driver set including soldering iron with mains tester, Taparia / Jhalani or equivalent make: 1Setiv) Dummy Wheel. v). Marking Zig (90R, 52Kg & 60Kg Rail) - 1Set for each vi). Extended wire socket to interface with diagnostic plug. - 1No if Applicable. vii)double ended spanner-02 No.( Size and dimensions should be compatible to use with the supplied system)., 27/32mm spanner to tighten deï¬‚ector plates - 02 Nos .ix). Carry case (VIP or SAFARI or equivalent) 1 No. viii) External Combustion based Drill Machine of 750VA or above for drilling holes of corresponding size- 1 No. Additional requirement as per manufacture speciï¬cation list shall be given by contractor.
