Tender's Details

Maintenance of water pipe line system free from any leakages and blockages for free ï¬‚ow of water in GI/CI/PVC pipes of size 1/2" to 8" dia. The maintenace work includes dismantling existing pipeline, valves & ï¬ttings to required length above/below ground level including earthwork and replacing damaged /cracked/corroded pipe line & ï¬ttings and clearing the remaining pipeline relaying the pipe, restore the water supply. Maintenance work includes repairs to pipeline and bathroom ï¬ttings & fastening and cleaning of Over Head Tank of capacity upto 1000 litres over the staï¬€ quarters, cleaning of pipeline in addition to maintenance work connected with non-availability of water/damage/leakage in pipeline, failure of bathroom ï¬ttings as and when complaints received. The rate inclusive of all men and materials, transportation charges, tools and plants required to carryout maintenance work such as thread, paste, shellac etc. except pipes, pipe ï¬ttings, valves which will be supplied by Railway. The contractor should engage 1 plumber (highly skilled) + 2 helpers (un skilled) daily and they should attend the complaints in the entire SSE/W/VPT section ( All the released materials shall be handed over to stores of SSE/W/VPT. The maintenance of pipeline include any addition, deletion or alteration made in the existing pipe line systems during the period of maintenance.)
