BOQ Item Description: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of existing Oasis make recessed bi-level drinking water fountain, with double SS bubbler and with mechanical and sensor both through OEM only including servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of all spares i/c refrigerant gas, compressor etc. as per the requirement and quarterly preventive maintenance visits and breakdown visits through OEM/OEM authorized service dealer only strictly as per the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract.
Note - 1) 1 Job equal to ACMC of 1 No. Drinking Water Fountain with inbuilt RO for 1 Year.
2) In this item, the replacement of consumables like PF Candle filter, Block filter/carbon & RO Membrane are covered only one times in a year.
