BOQ Item Description: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 1.5 TR & 2.0 TR Window type air conditioners of M/s Hitachi/O-General Make installed at different locations of Kushinagar International Airport as mentioned in Appendix I. Works include carrying out Quarterly visit for servicing and maintenance of AC units including attend to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems and also includes refrigerant gas charging and repair/replacement of required spares parts like PCBs, Refrigerrant Pipe, compressors, all type of relays, Motors, handset say remote, thermostats, capacitors, selector switches, expansion valve etc. and maintaing records/ documentation as per Engineer In Charge and as per special condition of the contract.
Note - 1 Job equal to ACMC of 1 No. Window AC (1.5 /2.0 TR) for 1 Year.
