BOQ Item Description: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 80 ltrs/Hr Water Coolers with inbuilt water purifier (RO plus UV) having storage capacity of Blue Star/Cilmatrol etc.make at different locations of Kushinagar International Airport. Work include carrying out Quarterly visit for servicing and maintenance of Water Cooler with RO units including attend to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems and also includes refrigerant gas charging and repair/replacement of required spares parts like PCBs, Refrigerrant Pipe, compressors, all type of relays, Motors, thermostats, capacitors, solenoid valve etc. through OEM or Authorized OEM service dealer and maintaing records/ documentation as per Engineer InCharge and as per special condition of the contract.
Note - 1) 1 Job equal to ACMC of 1 No. Water Cooler with inbuilt RO for 1 Year.
2) In this item, the replacement of consumables like PF Candle filter, Block filter/carbon & RO Membrane are covered only one times in a Year.
