BOQ Item Description: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of existing Automatic bi-parting (2 Leafs) Sliding doors including servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of spares as per the requirement and to attend breakdown calls and quarterly visit for preventive maintenance by ensuring safe and smooth functioning of Automatic sliding doors to the satisfaction of EIC including technical support and spares from OEM authorized service Er. or equivalent manufacturer approved by EIC. The Automatic Sliding door consists of automation systems make by GEZE (Motor, controller, Electronic components, power transmitting device, belt clamp, rollers, cable winder, cables, all safety devices, stoppers etc and i/c all other accessories and parts. The work involves quarterly visit and as and when required by service engineer for Doors, carrying out preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM recommendation and special condition of contract.
