Solid waste segregation cubicle of dimension 75 ft L x 15 ft W x 7 ft H with partition, close/op en way and suitable frame and base as per following specifications: 1) Equal volume cubicle made of C sect ion ISMC mild steel channel confirming to IS 808:1989 dimension 100 mm W x 100 mm D x 100 mm D x 3 mm thickness (25 ft L x 15 ft W x 7 ft H) - 3 nos/Set- i) (Vertical Frame- 7 feet height each at 5 feet gap ) - 4 0 nos/Set, ii) Horizontal Frame - 15 ft length each side at 3.33 ft gap- 3 nos ) - 36 Nos/Set, 2) Galvalume pr ofile sheet confirming to IS 14246-1995 cladding:- 1.5mm thickness (Make: JSW or equivalent), 3) Double s wing close/open frame 180 deg swiveling made of Galvalume sheet and ISMC channel with 18 inch tower bo lt and 2 nos flip safety latches, 4) Base perimeter of the cubicle framework shall be secured with M12 grade quick setting slurry with 8 mm TMT Mild steel reinforcement - 15 inches Height from base level and 20 inch es concealed in ground, 5) Cubicle leveling with 35mm PCC aggregate - 12 inch depth. Total volumetric cap acity - 7875 cubic feet appx. Dimensional Sketch attached for reference. Note: Installation shall be done as per site specific requirement.
