Supply, installation and commissioning of track based rail lubricator(Electronic type) with dual applicator/wiper bar complete system asper RDSO's technicalspecification No. IRS-T-48 along with advancedcorrection slip No.1 withcarry down effect of 1Km. & Supply of solarpanel and itsaccessories includingbattery and mast forsuccessful operation oflubricator . The firm hasto inspect each locationregularly for operationand maintenance notless than 15 days foreach curve. Power supply : Applicationsystem should bedesigned toaccommodate bothdirect electrical connection to an AC power source and to operate independently using a solar panel andbattery as per para 7.2of RDSO technicalspecification for trackbased lubricator. Therate includes alltools, plants, parts, labour, taxes, transportation, royalty etc completejob. The rate alsoincludes the cost ofparts and AMC for 5years. The machine andthe solar panelassembly will be theproperty of contractorwhich will be taken backby contractor aftersuccessful completion ofjob (i.e. after 5 years.)The rate also includes the testing of grease forits suitability as per RDSO specification (i.e.testing the grease for its coefficient of friction which should be less than 0.25) shall be done by tenderer at a frequency of 1 month or more.
