Item Description: built in PC with 21” flat touchscreen interactive monitor, inbuilt audio system with amplifier and speakers, lockable space to keep laptop, keyboard, mouse etc; Should also have provision of showing document with the help of an integrated and concealed document camera; Latest generation i5 processor mini PC (or better), 8 gb RAM (or better) with 2X USB A, 2 X USB C ports; at least 2 X HDMI outputs; Two Gooseneck microphones; there should be no loose hanging wires/ cables; Should have a separate Portrait LED display on the front of the lectern encompassing the whole height of the Lectern with brightness control to show presenter information; Logos etc. The screen should be controlled by a mini pc/ tablet for configuring the content to be displayed. The lectern should be made of durable material (wooden/ metal/ ABS plastic/ combination of these material) and should have stable base and should have efficient cooling/ ventilation system for the heat generated by the CPU.
