BOQ Item Description: Area Emergency Office set-up- Office facility including the office stationary, Computer and peripherials, office furniture etc.-The office area shall be minimum 500 Sq feet 300-400 covered area+100-200 sq feet outdoor for material storage with basic amenities like furniture, A3 colour Laser printer & scanner, AC, space for documentation, Space for tool & tackles, power back-up, consumables & stationary, toilets, car parking provision etc. All these facilities shall be verified by HPCL at the time of set-up of office as per tender. Further, all the water & electricity consumption bills shall be included in bidder scope and no separate cost for the same shall be paid by HPCL .The location of 3 AFOs shall be as below- - 1 no. for Jind, 1 No. for Gohana, 1 No. for Safidon - all details as per tender specification.
