BOQ Item Description: Kit should contain of Reusable LMA with specifications Sterile Soft elongated silicone inflatable cuff and back plate second seal for gastric access to maintain patency of drain tube Has bite block Reusable up to 40 times Withstands an oesophageal pressure up to a median of 58 cm H2O Available with gastric access even in neonatal size starting from 1 to 5 Cuffs can be inflated to a maximum of 60cm H2O intracuff pressure The LMA should have inflation line with an opening valve during the sterilization to protect the cuff and Bronchial Blocker must contain It must have unique bifurcated Y Lumen endobronchial blocker with 2 distal cuffs The endobronchial blocker should have length of 75cm and size of 7Fr The endobronchial blocker should have the capacity for the following conduits Oxygen administration port Suction port CO2 checking port The endobronchial blocker should come with multiport adaptor with scope lid for introduction of FOB or Video Bronchoscope and suction catheter securement cap to tighten catheter once properly positioned to reduce potential for cuff displacement Should be compatible with 15mm connector for further connecting to Ventilator The endotracheal blocker should have low volume cuffs made of polyurethane providing optimal seal The endobronchial blocker should have radiopaque shaft to provide visibility under X ray and depth markers indicating the depth of insertion
