BACK FRAME 30 inch x 17 inch x 20mm x 16swg Sq pipe and 22swg sheet and stripped to support
moulded foam of density 50 - 52kg per metre cube average size of 3inch x 3 and half inch, 10 mm U foam stitching for
designing work and back rest covered with injection moulded flexible pvc acoustic
design tray
SEAT FRAME 20inch x 1inch X 25mm 18 swg, Sq pipe stripped with 22 swg sheet and 3mm
hard board to support moulded foams 4inch -4 and half inch of density 55-58kg per metre cube topped with 17 mm
super soft u foam covered with laminated 3 layer transo fabrics & bottom covered with
same above Water repellent treated optional
SIDE STAND Made with 1.6 mm CR sheet fabricated box type made to shape with both
Sides upholstery and writing pad mechanism with folding and dropping inside the side
Stand, Pad size of 10 and half inch x 10and half inch x 15 mm made to shape.Writing Pad and Arm Rest 40
cm x 8.5cm made with seasoned polished wood
MECHANISM Roller and box type push back sliding mechanism, roller of 14mm thick
nylon casted noise free treated metal roller and box 2 nos. each made fabricated with

provided with coil spring and hydraulic spring optional
PAINTING Seat Frames, Back Frames, Side Stands, Roller Stays and Clamps for fittings are
sand texture finished powder coated
