BOQ Item Description: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4.0 TR Air-cooled Tower/ Standing Type Air Conditioner Unit (both indoor & outdoor complete) alongwith vibration isolator, as per latest BEE Standard fitted with 100 percentage copper condensing unit comprising of sealed rotary type compressor with Inverter Technology and Non CFC refrigerant like R32/ R410A suitable for stabilizer free operation at 3ph, 415V, 50Hz AC supply as required.

Note- SITC of Power cable, Copper pipe, Drain pipe, MS structure for Indoor & Outdoor units are not covered in this item.
