BOQ Item Description: SITC of inverter type, split type air conditioner, wall mounting type with highest star rating as per latest BEE Standard fitted with 100% copper condensing unit comprising of sealed rotary twin rotary BLDC type compressor and Non CFC refrigerant like R32 a suitable for stabilizer free operation at 230V, 50 Hz single phase 415V, 3ph, 50Hz AC supply including supply of power cable, copper piping upto 3 meter and drain pipe upto 3 metre(both copper pipe and drain pipe separately enclosed in with nitrile rubber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape), power cabling between indoor and outdoor upto 3 metre etc. as required of following capacities for 1.5 TR as per item specification document Item No.A-1 .1 at page-162
