BOQ Item Description: SITC of 13 Passenger lift of capacity (884 Kg) (Gearless) having a speed of 1.5 mtr per sec to work on 3phase, 415 Volts (+10%, -20% voltage range) AC supply comprising of counter weight, self levelling devices, control devices, car position indicators, battery operated alarm bell, emergency light, stainless steel finished car interior, doors, self levelling devices, control devices, terminal buffers, pit ladder, ropes, safety devices, car and landing push buttons, Floor announcer including infra-red curtain, all wiring connections, interconnections, firemans switch, including all equipment in the existing hoistway and misc items like supports, etc, including scaffolding, minor building works, making good the same etc, conducting tests, offering lift for inspection by Lift inspector, liaisoning with the inspector office etc. complete as perdetailed specifications and standard designing according to site conditions conforming to the latest lift act and modern lift practice as required.
