BOQ Item Description: False ceiling panels of size 610mm x 610mm made out of 6mm thick Gypsum board Asbestos free confirming to IS 14276 to 1995, with amdt 1 to 4 Reaffirmed 2009 bonded with 32 mm thick expended polystyrene core having bulk density of 15 Kg per Cum confirming to IS 4671 1984 Type I reaffirmed 2010 .The false ceiling panels are placed on to a suspended grid frame of size 610 x 1220 mm made from GI L and T sections of 0.63 mm confirming to IS 277 2003 Reaffirmed 2013 with amdts 1 to 4 having min GSM of 120 gms. The false ceiling grid is suspended from the roof frame work with the help of Galvanized wire of 3.0 mm dia. The finished clear height of the false ceiling shall be 2700mm.
