External diameter : 8.5 mm Temperature range fixed : - 40 Deg C to + 90 Deg C, Bending radius fixed :4 x d ; Travel distance : Unsupported travels and up to 400m and more for gliding applications Nominal Voltage : 600 / 1000 V (following DIN VDE 0298-3) Testing Voltage : 4000 V ( following DIN EN 50395) Oil : Oil resistance (following DIN EN 60811-2-1), bio-oil-resistant (according to vdma 24568). Flame retardant : According to IEC 332-1, CEI 20-35, FT1. Conductor: Conductor cable consisting of pre-leads(according to EN 60228). Core insulation :Mechanically high quality TPE mixture Outer jacket: Low ? adhesion, extremely abrasion- resistant and highly flexible TPE mixture, adapted to suit the requirements in E- chains. Colour: Signal Black(similar to RAL 9004). V max : 6 Mts/sec gliding Make : Chainflex CF310.UL.100.01 of IGUS make or LAPP or Substantially equivalent. Warranty: 12 months from the date of commission or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier. Delivery: Delivery shall be for Rail Wheel Factory. Note: Firms quoting for substantially equivalent offer shall enclose Catalogues, P.O Copies for having supplied same item to PSU's, Government organizations, Indian Railways along with performance certificate/report otherwise the offer is liable to be rejected.
