BOQ Item Description: SINGLE BED and 1958L X 900D X 900 HT. for Other Room The headboard size is of 936mm width 900mm helght and footboard of size 936mm width and width 900mm Helght. The Top plank should be made up of 12mm thick Plywood.Top plank to be fixed to Top frame from bottom side with the help of chipboard screw. The head board and foot board cover panel should be made In 12mm thick prelaminated board and 2mm thick PVC lipping. All metal components should be epoxy powder coated up to 50micron followed by seven tank process of pretreatment. Single bed. Frame and structure made in M.S.
The Head board and foot board are two separate elements which are Joint by a frame which is made up of two horizontal members made up of M.S. Rectangular plpe 50mm x 25mm with wall thickness of 1.6mm and four cross members made up of M.S. Sq Pipe 19x19x1.2mm thick, The connectivity of the headboard and foot board to the bed frame is done by clamping brackets made up of 2mm thick CRCA which ar welded on head board and foot board frame.
