This NIQ has very short turnaround time. The selected bidder who has been awarded the work must have valid BCAS Clearance as well as valid FSSAI License to operate at Hollongi (Donyi Polo) Airport Itanagar. This is an exigency measure stop-gap arrangement for 6 months and licensee must be ready to set up UDAN YATRI CAFE (At regulated prices, please read special terms and conditions) counter, fully fabricated and ready to be operational latest by 03.09.2025 at 09:00 hours. The NIQ is being done manually in 2-Envelope System and bids must be submitted in person latest by Last date of Manual submission of Bids at Airport Director Office, Hollongi Airport 30-08-2025 Up to 16:00 Hrs. Manual Mode NIQ bids shall be submitted in two bid system as follows: - i. ENVELOPE 1 Technical bid -documents as required under clause 3 of the General Information / Guidelines of Notice Inviting NIQ. ii. ENVELOPE 2 Financial Bid - As required under clause 4 of General Information/Guidelines of Notice Inviting NIQ. iii.
