Exclusive of GST. The annual base Premium amount is Rs. 1860000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Sixty Thousand only) exclusive of GST for the 1st year. The premium amount for the ensuing year has to be arrived at by adding an escalation factor of 7.5% on the premium amount paid for previous year (base premium) on year to year basis (compounded annually).
