Set of Stiffener Plate along with fasteners for Front Carrier Plate of CBC as per RDSO DR G no:RDSO / CG / DRG / 24034 Alt 2. item Nos. 1 to 5, Note:1) Stiffener plates shall be as per :IS 3885 part 2, Grade-5 inannealed condition with hardness between 190 to 245 BHN. 2) 68 % (3028 Sets) of s tiffener plates shall have holes with Pitch=100 +/-0.5mm and distance from edge= 25+/-1mm, while remaining 32 % (1892 Sets) stiffener plates shall have holes with Pitch=90 +/- 0.5mm and distance fr om edge=30 +/- 01mm. 3) All fasteners are galvanized and Hex Head bolt, castle nut grade min 10 & accepted make: UNBRAKO, TVS, CAPARO & POOJA FORGING. As per RDSO Ltr. MC/BLB/CBC dtd:01.11. 25, 100% hardness testing & 10% destructive testing of total received Stiffener Plates. [ Warranty Pe riod: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
