Item Description: Consultancy services for carrying out balance work estimation for Construction of Deficient living-in Accn for 37 SNCO's at AF Stn Digaru of CA No EAC/CAP/126/51 ASP/2014-15 with following details:- 1. To prepare inventory of completed / incomplete items of work executed at site with reference to contract provisions along with item wise break down details. 2. T o prepare details of contractor-s material, T & P, transport equipments etc lying at site along with their latest status i.e installed or otherwise. 3. To prepare details of contractors material lying at site for incorporation in work along with breakdown details. 4. To submit Photographs in respect of work, T&P, equipments, material etc. Note: (a) Complete balance work estimation report as per above shall have to be submitted by the successful bidder as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) Payment for the above job shall only be released after vetting of details submitted to by Engineer-in-Charge and necessary certificate to this effect.
