Item Description: (a) Clean dust, dirt and moisture from the internal and external surface of the units. (b) Check connectors for proper mating and grounding. (c) clean all PCBs/ modules and check for correct functionality. procure and renew if faulty. (d) SMPS/ power supply unit to be checked for rated input/ outputs. renew if faulty. (e) Systems having software to be checked for correct functionality. (f) Check the cable and connectors for cuts, corrosion or undue strain. (g) Clean the air filter with vacuum cleaner as applicable. (h) Check the set for optimum/ designed performance and reliability. (j) Replace the defective lamps/caps/ fuses/ hinges/ screws/ knobs/ keys/ switches. (k) All existing shock mounts / base plates / foundations to be checked for integrity and renew if necessary. (l) Renew all earthing/ bonding straps. (m) Renew all terminal lugs (n) Renew of EMI/ EMC gaskets of all openings of equipment. (p) interfacing to all systems to be proved as applicable. (q) Carry out all Annual routines and performances tests as per Maintop at shop floor
