Tender's Details

Supply of good quality potable drinking water to varoius Railway Stations and Colony, etc. of SSE/Works/CAN sections for approximate 75 days as per the requirements with required quantity per day from sources outside the Railway premises by Contractor's own tanker/ truck including collecting water, loading into the vehicle and unloading at varoius locations as directed by the Engineer in charge with all lead, lift, crew and all consumables, etc. complete. (Approximate quantity and location are - Thalassery - 32.3 KL per day, Kannur - 136.5 KL per day, Payangadi - 5 KL per day, Kannapuram - 5 KL per day, any other stations in SSE/Works/CAN section wherever requirement arises. Total = 13410, Say 13425 Kilo Litres) (All labour and materials by the Tenderer/Contractor only) Contractor has to make arrangements to provide water meter and the Payment for his supply is based on water meter reading taken by the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. The supply of water is approximately from March16th to May 31st and supply may likely to be cancelled on getting good rain in the area with a prior advice of 3 days in advance. 2. The contractor has to supply water when and as required by the Railway. 3. If there is any delay in getting monsoon rain, the contractor has to supply water with same rate and condition as directed by the Engineer in charge. 4. If there is an intereption in KWA supply to the station, the contractor has to supply water with same rate and condition as directed by Engineer in charge.
