Sealed tenders are invited from reputed, experienced, and registered Tour & Travel Operators/Transport Agencies for conducting Educational Tours and College Picnics for the students of Govt. SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu, for the academic session 2025-26. The tour package shall include arrangements for buses/rail travel (sleeper as well as three-tier AC), boarding and lodging, breakfast/lunch/dinner, site visits, and entry tickets to places of historical importance falling along the proposed routes. Proposed routes for Educational Tours include Jammu-Delhi-Kanyakumari-Goa-Jammu, Jammu-Mysore-Goa-Jammu, Jammu-Dharamshala-McLeod Ganj-Palampur-Baijnath-Jammu, and Jammu-Mumbai-Goa-New Delhi-Jammu. Proposed routes for College Picnics include Jammu-Patnitop-Jammu and Jammu-Mansar-Jammu. Bidders must quote rates per student for each route and per bus for picnics.
