Sealed quotations are invited for the monthly cleaning and maintenance works of the Office Building of the Co-District Commissioner, Dudhnoi. The scope includes scheduled cleaning of toilets/urinals, maintenance of cleanliness in office chambers, lounges, corridors, staircases, doors, and window panels, as well as cleaning of the office boundary. The contract is initially for one year, with the possibility of extension. The quotationer must provide cleaning materials, maintain a cleaning schedule, and engage a minimum of two cleaning staff. The quotationer must have a minimum yearly turnover of Rs 5, 00, 000 and be registered under relevant labor and tax regulations.
