Sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the Establishing and Operation of Stage Carriage, Contract Carriage and All India Tourist Bus Park (area up to 2 acres) within Saharanpur region. The applicant must have clear legal ownership of the land, which should be free from encumbrances, disputes, and litigation, and suitable for transportation use under applicable regulations. The proposed bus stand shall include, at minimum, bus bays, passenger waiting area, sanitation facilities, drinking water, lighting, and security arrangements. Additional amenities such as parking, shops, ticket counters, and food stalls may be provided.
