Sealed EOIs are invited from intending agencies/suppliers for sanitary goods to supply sanitation items mentioned in EOI to NAC Rambha with all taxes and transportation charges. The bidder should purchase the EOI paper on payment of Rs.4000/- from the office of the E.O NAC Rambha from 07.11.2025 to 20.11.2025 during office hours. The sealed EOI should reach the office of the undersigned through registered post/speed post/in drop box on or before 21.11.2025 by 11.30 A.M. The EOI will be opened on the same day at 12.30 P.M. The EMD for the amount of Rs.20, 000/- may be deposited in the shape of DD/FD pledged to Executive Officer N.A.C Rambha. The bidder should have valid GST clearance certificate/PAN No./Supplier authorized license if any.
