Scope of work:1. Insertion of log gate & screen removal & cleaning.2. Preparation and fabrication of necessary arrangement for maintenance of Back-Up ACW, Fire Hydrant /Spray and Raw water pumps.3. Decoupling of pump and motor, removal of motor skirt and shifting of motor from skirt.4. Dismantling of thrust bearing and bearing housing.5. Dismantling of complete column pipes, enclosure pipe, shafts, impellers etc.6. Complete dismantling of Back-Up ACW, Fire Hydrant /Spray and Raw water pumps.7. Issue and shifting of spares from store to the site.8. Repairing and replacement of worn out parts and D.P. test of spare parts, impellers, shaft and sleeves, bearing housing etc.9. Cleaning of all column pipes and enclosure pipe and painting with black paint.10. Painting of top column pipe, motor skirt & motor with blue/Smoke gray colors. Painting of bearing cooling water line and discharge pipe of Back-Up ACW, Fire Hydrant /Spray and Raw water pumps with green paints.11. Assembly of pump as per OEM guideline and shifting of motor on its skirt.12. Alignment checking of pump and motor coupling.13. Coupling of the pump after motor trial.14. Removal of log gate after screen fixing. 15. Commissioning of the pump & trail.Terms and Conditions: 1. The contractor shall have to arrange all men, machine, T&P, consumable, DP Test Kit including entire qty. of Blue/Green/ black bituminous paints of Shalimar/Berger/Asian brand at their cost. 2.
