(Supply and lnstallation at ICF and Commissioning at Zonal Railways. Rate to be quoted separately f or Supply, lnstallation and Commissioning). SCHEDULE.B: Rate per year has to be quoted separately for the following maintenance elements: 1. ACTIVE M2M e-SlM card SERVICE per year. 2. WEB APPLICATION MAINT ENANCE & CLOUD CHARGES per year, 3. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ALARM PULL DATA LOGGING AND ALERT SYSTEM INCLUDING SPARES AND CONSUMABLES (INCLUDING BATTERY)TWO TIMES PER YEAR. NOTE : 1) No payment will be done for Breakdown maintenance during warranty period. 2) For SCHEDULE-B, cost for 1 year to be quoted and for 1 ST Year, payment will be done by lCF, based on joint inspection report bet ween Senior Section Engineer / Junior Engineer of Depot/ Work shop and firm representative and certificatio n issued by Railway Authority. 3) From 2nd Year onwards, Zonal Railways will enter into new contract agree ment as per above quoted rates for SCHEDULE B [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
