Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Electronic Track Based Lubricators for gauge face lubrication (RDSO approved) The lubrication system specially designed to apply lubricants on curves under different environment & traffic conditions on Indian Railway. The applicator system is solar powered DC pumping system for delivering an adjustable quantity of lubricating material to the rails(52/60kg) in a manner such that passing wheels, either all or nominated would carry the designated amount of lubricant along the gauge face to rails. Generally and functionally as per RDSO Specification No. IRST-48 with all the latest corrections. This warranty includes complete maintenance, periodic checking and monitoring including replacement of wornout/failed parts on free of cost basis throughout the tenure of the total warranty period of 3 years.
