Manufacturing & supply of 1in12 BG 60Kg Weldable CMS Crossing (WCMS Crossing) on PSC sleepers in accordance with RDSO's standard drawing No. T-6412 as per IRS specifications T-29 (Revised-2023) and IRS: T-12 with latest alterations as amended up to date including supply of a set of 6mm thick Nylon cord reinforced grooved sole plate (GRSP) as per IRS specifications T-55 amended up to date required beneath WCMS Crossing (One set consists of total 18 Nos. of Nylon Cord reinforced GRSP i.e. one No. of RDSO Drg. No. T-7014/1, T-7014/2, T-7014 to T- 7021, T-8891, T-8892 and 6 Nos. of RDSO Drg. No. T-8886) excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts, E.R. clips, insulating liner etc. R260 Grade 60 kg (UIC). All amendments / Alterations in drawing and specification issued by RDSO till one month prior to the date of closing of tender will be applicable to this tender. Rails required for manufacturing of WCSM Crossing will be arranged by the supplier at their own cost.
