Supply of Thick Web Switch Expansion Joint (TWSEJ) as per RDSO Drg.No:T-8822 Alt.4 or latest Alt., for LWR BG (1673 mm) for 60E1 Rail (R260 Grade) with elastic fasteners and, confirming to IRS specification No.T-10-2025, IRS T-12-2009 for Flat Bottom Rails, and IRS specification No.T - 62 -20 25 for end forging of thick web Asymmetrical rails, including Nylon cord reinforced GRSP with confirmi ng to IRS Specification T-55-2025 (Rev.1) or latest if any and supply of all components/fittings listed as per Annexure-I excluding Elastic Rail clips, insulating liner, Plate Screw, Sleeper etc. (The Alt in Drawin gs and Specifications issued by RDSO up 10 days prior to tender opening date shall be applicable in th is tender) Firm to Note :(i) Nylon Cord Reinforced GRSP should only be purchased from RDSO-approve d sources through process inspection. (ii) The responsibility to procure rails will solely lie with the man ufacturer (Bid Including Rail cost/per set) in terms of Railway Board letter no. 2022/Track-I(P)/Fabricat ors dt. 24.01.2022.
