Manufacturing, supply, ï¬xing and installation of rubberized level crossing pads of approved quality and speciï¬cations, at railway track by suitable clamping arrangement to make a rubberized road. The road surface is to be prepared by using multiple set of rubber pads of length minimum 1.20M each set consists of 02 no. rubber pads full panel placed inside the running rails and 02 nos. outside the running rails resting of RCC edge beam at the edge to retain the assembly as per approved drawing. The item is inclusive of RCC edge beam at the edge to retain the assembly as per approved drawing. The cement and steel for this will be supplied by contactor and is included in the rate, nothing extra shall be paid. The rate includes sales tax and other duties road excavation and preparation changes warranty etc complete the work in all respect. Note RDSO FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION FOR RUBBERIZED SURFACE AT LEVEL CROSSING TO BE FOLLOWED.
