Description : RTV Silicon sealant Anabond 685 for the axle box and gear cases of 3phase locomotives. Packing : In tubes & each tube weight shall not be more than 350 gms. The specification is given below:- 1) Current Time, Not more than 10 Mins. 2) Hardening speed: 3 mm/day. 3) Service temperature : 50 degree C to 250 degree C. 4) Specific Gravity: 1 to 1.15, 5) Elongation: Greater than or equal to 300 percentage 6) Hardness Shore A : 20 percentage. 7) Colour: Clear/Red. 8) Packaging: Cartridge. 9) Type of Curing: Neutral. supply should be staggered in four spells (i.e. to supply in the month of April 21, July 21, Oct 21, Jan 22: 25 Kgs. each Spell). Shelf life : 6 months only. In each spell, the manufacturing date of item must be within one month before the date of supply. Make. Anabond 685 only.
