Item Description: Carry out the following Refit /2/3 Yearlyroutines on 03 nos. RO plants by Materials and spares Firm supply. (i) Check DA filter Dydlomite level and top up as required. (ii) Check nitrogen charge of pulsation damper and charge it if required. (iii) Service HP pump suction and discharge valve. (iv) Replace seal kit of HP pump. (v) Replace all high pressure flexible hoses. (vi) Replace mechanical seal following pumps (a) PK-30 pump (b) PK-20 pump (vii) Calibrate torque wrench. Calibration certificate to be provided. (viii) Calibrate hand held conductivity meter and provide calibration certificate. (ix) Replace all low pressure hoses. (x) Inspect PS 51, PS 71, PS 81 pressure switches. Replacement to be undertaken against AWRF. (xi) Check and replace PT-60 and potentiometer as required. (xii) Clean conductivity meter. Calibrate and prove it and provide calibration certificate. Spares-CG Supply. Material- firm supply.
