Item Title: River Sand (White)
Item Description: The sand should have white-gray in colour and origin of and used for RCC, plastering and bricks construction. It should be an origin of Bodeli, popularly known as “BODELI SAND”. Silt content must be less than 4.0 %. Shape: Grain shaped. Texture: Coarse textured. The sand should be free from any impurities such as iron pyrites, alkalis, salts, coal or other organic impurities, mica, shale or similar laminated materials, soft fragments and sea shells. The sand also confirms the specifications of IS 2116 (1980): Sand for masonry mortars - Specification - Reaffirmed 2002 and shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge.
