Auction Detail: The broad scope of work of the Management Operator shall include providing quality and hygienic vegetarian food and beverages and maintaining the cafeteria, including but not limited to cooking, serving dishes, providing requisite manpower, housekeeping etc. for a License Period of 5 (Five) years, which may be extended for a further period of 2 (two) years at the decision of the Authority. The Bidder is required to quote the "Monthly Fee" in addition to the Fixed License Fee of INR 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only). The Monthly Fee shall be the amount quoted by the Bidder above and beyond the fixed License Fee. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Selected Bidder shall pay a "Fixed License Fee" of INR 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) including GST, in addition to the "Monthly Fee" quoted by the Bidder. The total amount payable by the Selected Bidder for any given month during the License Period shall comprise the Fixed License Fee and the Quoted Monthly Fee, collectively referred to as the "Total Monthly License Fee" including GST for that particular month. The Fixed License Fee of INR 70, 000 shall be subject to an annual increase of 5% based on the amount paid in the preceding year, and this increase shall apply throughout the duration of the License Period. However, the Quoted Monthly Fee shall remain unchanged for the entire License Period. The Authority reserves the right to engage in negotiations with the Selected Bidder, at its sole discretion, to finalize the terms of the Agreement.
