Auction Detail: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 1. Scope of Work. The minimum specified Scope of Work (SoW) to be undertaken by the bidder for Provisioning of Hair Cutting Services at Sainik School Chhingchhip is enumerated in the succeeding paragraphs. The same shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and conditions mentioned in this document, including all subsequent amendments issued in this regard, and as per the Contract to be executed by the successful Vendor. 2. Manner of depositing the Bids: Bids should be submitted by Bidders on GeM. (a) Both technical and commercial bids are to filled separately by bidder on GeM. (b) EMD at 2% of the contract value is to be deposited through NEFT/RTG mode only in the MRB (Mizoram Rural Bank) account (Account No: 97007941327, IFSC Code: SBIN00RRMIGB, Chhingchhip Branch, Serchhip District, Mizoram) along with the technical bid. Vendors/firms Exempted from EMD should submit supporting document(s). (c) An undertaking signed by the authorized signatory of the firm stating that all the terms and conditions given in the RFP and other documents as part of RFP are accepted. 3. List of documents to be submitted/ uploaded through GeM Portal, else the bid is liable to be rejected (a) Inked signed (every page) copy of this RFP. (b) Self-attested copy of identity proof (Aadhar Card/ passport/ Voter Card). (c) Self-attested copy of PAN or Acknowledgement number of PAN. (d) Duly filled application form as per Appendix ‘A’. 4. Bid Format. Bidders are required to fill up both the Technical Bid and Commercial Bid correctly with full details, as per format placed as Appendix ‘A’and Appendix ‘B’ respectively. 5.“All requisite particulars have been furnished in the accompanying PDF file. It is incumbent upon all bidders/participants to peruse the documents therein with due diligence.”
