Email address is chinabid@unicef.org (with maximum ten megabytes) attachments per email which should be submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments should be separated in multiple emails with clear indication in the subject line.The subject line of hte email should also included the above-mentioned bid number (LRFFQ-2025-9200871) and name of your company. When send your quotation, n o other recipient should be "CC" or "BCC" in the email to the other email address. Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.!!! It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed "quotation form and declaration form"with quotation email.Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission.Please indicate the lead time and total amount.thank you, we look forward to receiving timely submission from you.
