Replacement of flat type bearing by centralized bearing in Bridge no. 210UP, 218UP, 248UP, 251UP, 311UP, 278UP, 315UP & 334UP in connection with strengthening of brides on dedicated freight cororidor feeder route on CIC section and br. no. 187DN on GC Section of Dhanbad Division under SSE/BR/DHN & DTO.
Supply & Fabrication and errection of Structural steel confirming to IS:2062 Gr. A/Gr. B in plate girder and releated items of steel members to replace existing members of builtup section made up of m.s.angle and plate. Materials to be supplied with latest correction slip upto date. Member are to be fabricated in true alignment, Line and Level and Square. All these fabrication work is to be done as per IS: B1-2001 specification with all Tools, Plants, Labour and complete the work in all respect. After assembly and fabrication of new structural member in true line and level under traffic block without traffic block during day and night time in filled with bolt- nut & washer and finally by revitting, welding/HTS Bolts/HSFG bolt ec as per approved drawing including painting with one coat of Zinc chrome primer confirming to IS:104 followed by one coat of Zinc chromate Red oxide confirmnig to IS:2074 followerd by two coat of aluminium paint confirming to IS: 2339 by contractors tools plant tackles if any, consumable store including supply of rivets to complete the work in all respect. All temporary arrangement, staging, scaffolding, including tools & Plants.
