Repairs to ballastless track in tunnel which includes breaking and removing the loose materials, debris, muck etc. inside the tunnel, drilling of holes of 20mm to 40mm diameter or as per requirement at site through the raft, injection grouting with non-shrink high strength, pumpable cementatious grout of Flarex-IG or similar with necessary chemicals additives to plug the leakages, application of Flarex-III or similar non-shrink free flow high early strength cementatious grout having grain size of 0-3mm and initial setting time 40-60 minutes and final setting time 4 to 5 hours, including repairs of damaged portion of concreted wall with fibre reinforced cementatious mortar with all contractor's materials, labours, tools, plants, equipment, etc. with all leads and lift and excluding removing and refixing of sleepers with foam, rubber pads and grout with foam, rubber pads and grout and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 2 864.00 Per Sleeper 2780.00 2401920.00 22.22 2935626.62
