Yearly Schedule of HT Panel: Complete repair & overhauling of 11 KV HT VCB Panel at Substations of JUDW works includes- 1. Opening of all spouts & CTs 2- Ovening of all spouts & CTs 3- Ovening of PTs set, 4- insulating, painting of VCB (inner side) and HT bus bar 5- Physical and operational testing of HT breaker by taking trolley out and submit report for trolley and allied parts health. Also IR testing of trolley & bus bar, 6- IR testing of insulators, 7- IR testing of vacuum interrupters, 8- IR testing of CTs & PTs, 9- replacement/ repair of heaters and thermostat, 10- Checking/ repairing of all meters installed in panels. 11-transportation from site to workshop and receive back reinstallation, testing and commissioning.
